How do I book an appointment?

Where does the detailing take place?

We serve clients at three Boston locations: Ora Seaport Apartments, One Beacon Parking, and Moxies Boston Seaport Restaurant. Choose the location that suits you when you book.

Who works on my vehicle?

Two certified detailers work on every vehicle, from start to finish. It is the standard we are known for, and it is why our results stay consistent.

How long does a detail take?

A Tier 1 refresh usually takes about four hours. Most full details take five to seven hours depending on the service tier and the size and condition of the vehicle. Ceramic coating work takes longer, usually 24 to 48 hours. We give you an arrival window when we confirm, and we text you the moment your vehicle is ready.

What should I do before my appointment?

Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle, including the trunk and center console. We handle everything else.

Which service tier is right for my vehicle?

Tier 2 is the right starting point for most new clients. Tier 3 adds a deeper level of correction and refinement. Tier 4 is reserved for paint correction and ceramic coating work, quoted after an in person evaluation. If you are unsure, send us an inquiry and we will recommend honestly.

What if my vehicle needs more work than expected?

We tell you before we do it. If we find anything that calls for work beyond your booked service, we explain it, quote it, and wait for your approval.

If anything about our work falls short of the standard we promised, tell us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will return and make it right at no additional charge. We would rather earn your trust twice than assume we earned it once.
